
Vicki is the owner of YogaOne (est. 2011) and YogaOne Teacher School (est. 2017). She has 46 years of teaching experience in the Fitness and Wellness industry; 16 of those years specifically teaching yoga. She is an E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. Vicki is also a Continuing Educational Provider (YACEP) with the Yoga Alliance and holds a Level Three Teacher designation with the American Yoga Council. Since 1999, Vicki has owned and operated 3 yoga studios and one fitness center.
In addition to her E-RYT and YACEP credentials, Vicki holds certifications in: Senior Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Veterans, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for the Weight-Challenged, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga for Trauma (PTSD) and Yoga for Kids/Teens. Additionally, Vicki is a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist. She has studied and practiced the Ayurvedic lifestyle for many years.
In recent years, Vicki’s continuing education studies have been in the areas of Functional Anatomy and Postural Alignment in Yoga Postures, specifically to further educate her students regarding injury prevention (in both yoga and lifestyle). Her current focus is teaching seniors movements and postures to cope with the natural aging processes of the body.

Vicki currently offers small private group yoga practices as well as workshops. Vicki’s mission is to bring gifts of mind and body healing through yoga and wellness practices.
