Vicki is the owner of YogaOne (est. 2011) and YogaOne Teacher School (est. 2017). She has 44 years of teaching experience in the Fitness and Wellness industry; 14 of those years specifically teaching yoga. She is an E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. Vicki is also a Continuing Educational Provider with the Yoga Alliance, an international board that establishes accreditation standards for yoga teachers (YACEP). Vicki’s YogaOne Teacher School is an accredited 200hr. Yoga School. Since 1999, Vicki has owned and operated 3 yoga studios and one fitness center.
In addition to her E-RYT and YACEP credentials, Vicki holds certifications in: Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga Therapy, Senior Yoga, Yoga for the Weight-Challenged, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Yoga for Warriors (Veterans), Yoga for Emotional / Physical Trauma (PTSD) and Yoga for Kid/Teens. Additionally, Vicki is a Level Two Certified Ayurvedic Specialist. She has studied and practiced the Ayurvedic lifestyle for many years.
In recent years, Vicki’s continuing education studies have been in the areas of Functional Anatomy and Postural Alignment in Asana, specifically to further educate her students regarding injury prevention (in both yoga and lifestyle) and coping with the natural aging processes of the body. In addition, Vicki has continued her studies in Ayurveda, incorporating wellness tips into her seasonally designed yoga practices.

Vicki currently offers small private group yoga practices as well as workshops. Vicki’s mission is to bring gifts of mind and body healing through yoga and wellness practices.
